Cheap Caster Camber Gauge?

Is there any gauges that can be used that don't cost $150? Id like to find something in the $15-$30 range. any suggestions?

I've used a digital angle gauge for camber. $20-30
Got a flanged nut to screw on the spindle
for the magnet on the gauge. Not perfect
but it worked. Caster was read off the L-bracket.

Nice. Never seen that.
I don't see any reason it would not work.
You may have to rig something for the magnet.

The magnet is not going to stick, you'll need some type of adapter to thread onto the spindle with a steel base same size as the magnet or bigger, for the magnet to stick.

I used a flanged nut to stick my digital angle finder to the spindle.
Worked pretty well.

If your gauge has -6 to +6 ,you can set the bubble at -6 instead of zero. If it goes to +6 that would be +12

Just buy a used one for around $50 and be done with it. Cheap tools usually provide cheap results.

i haven't checked the caster on mine. Just used the notches/numbers provided. If you want cheap just get an angle finder and lay it across the wheel, long as its not too beat up it will be within a couple tenths. I had a digital one from the big car days.
