What's everyone recommend for a clone drum clutch. 300 lbs blue plate clone. I'm new to this kart stuff has an hillard fury that came with kart.. Its raced on 3/16 mile slight banked track. What is recommended stall also.

Do you know where the Fury is set ? Most clutch's use colored springs in them to identify where they are set . You can go to their website and see what they are rated at , as far as the stall setting .

No matter the engine, no matter the clutch, coming off a dead start, you want the RPM to read at the RPM where the engine reaches peak torque. There is no exception to this rule!!

A couple of pulls on a dyno will tell you exactly where that point is. An alternative is a bathroom scale between a strong wall and the front of your kart.
