Clone predator confused

So I have a clone engine I guess?? That's what the guy who sold it to me said, and when I bought kart it came with predator . Can someone take time to explain how to tell the apart and can you mix parts off each motor head ect ....and still be legal in clone class or vis versa ?

Pred. can't run with the Clone classes.

Look at front of the block. If you numbers stamped in it there will be a R210. If it has this it will be a Predator. If you see a 168f in the numbers it is a clone of some sort. Also for a quick reference look at valve cover. If it is tin it could be either a clone or a predator but if you have a Aluminum pop metal valve cover it for sure has a predator hemi head on it.
There is a few other ways to tell but this is a easy way to start.
