Local station sells 89 non ethanol.
All other things being equal, 87 E10 requires slightly richer jetting than 89 straight petrol. Once optimum jetting is achieved, (i.e. max power on the dyno), there is no noticeable power difference.

And I did a test of 89 E10 vs 89 straight petrol. Again, once ideal jetting was achieved showed no noticeable power difference.
