Clone top plate

B and M Karting. Renegade here on Bobs has a real nice one also in black. They have a shop in Pendleton SC if youre ever up that way. And also ship from their web store.
 
I like the ones that have 4 cut-outs, it lets the airflow get to the cylender head alot better and keeps the temps down

I dont get why most people keep calling a chain-drag-gone a chaindragon lol. it aint no dragon. Anyways, how does having a chain drag-gone setup keep you from needing a top plate? hes talking about the top plate on top of the engine, that holds the fuel pump and throttle linkage, that has nothing to do with the chain side of the engine....

Love all the know it alls, ChainDragGone has a throttle reel system for the clone as well. very nice piece.

Did not know they had a throttle system, as the name of the product is chaindraggone. Thanks for clearing that up, could have been done without the smartass remark though

what i said was on topic with what was asked, i did not start calling people names, and dont take kindly to being called names myself. The guy was asking about top plates for a clone, not throttle reel systems or other setups or he would have asked about them im sure. No sense in arguing over it and jamming up a guys thread. Pm me if you wanna keep discussing it or slam me any more.
 
^^^^ Pretty sure MOST that answered was only trying to help this fella out. Maybe he was unaware of some of the other options out and would be more interested in something that gets more air up over the block and the head. Many more ways than one to skin a cat here folks.
