Clutch Cleaning/Grinding Tools

I am wanting to improve maintenance of my clutches in between rebuilds. I am NOT looking to (or remotely qualified) rebuild clutches.

Does anyone know what tools I need to:
1) keep my clutches spotless - remove dirt, rust, etc
2) grind and cross hatch the contact surfaces when they need a touch up

,store inside in a dry location , There should not be any rust . Store inside and or wipe steel parts with a rag sprayed with a lubricant .
Grinding or cross hatch can only be done on a machine . Lathe or clutch grinding machine . I don't think a surface grinder would do a hub .
