Thanks Al. I deleted it because i found my error. Guy was telling me what gear to run and it wasnt making sense. I was thinking i had a 20/40 and after looking at these charts/calculators for 2hrs i realized i had a 20/30 and everything made sense then.

Generally I see Jack shaft ratios from about 2/1 to 3/1 on the primary ratio. I can't remember ever seeing a 2/11/2.

That's going spin the clutch awfully fast.
