Clutch won't stay in place

Just tightened my clutch down again and in less than 10 min slung the chain because my clutch ( cc by the way ) is sliding side to side.
I've tightened the hex heads to the point of bending the Allen keys.
Any suggestions? No real room for spacers.

diffentley put he head and washer with lock washer also check alignment on chain also we always replace our chain if we throw one

The sliding is on the motor side of the shaft.
An eighth of an inch roughly between clutch and side cover .

Are you saying the clutch is sliding toward the engine? If so the clutch should have a thin chamfered washer up against the step on the crank, and be seated up to the step, held on with a large washer and bolt into the end of the crank, then align the sprockets by moving the engine or sprocket on the axle. This is a yard kart right?
