College football makes huge change.

From what I was told, Jamie, it had more to do with the Big10 network gaining HUGE viewership and MEGA dollars for all involved. I guess I'm not surprised by their decision (ALL BIG schools Presidents & AD agreed to this and are praising this move) as they are trying to compete with the SEC and other conferences on viewership to sell their advertising. It sounds like the PAC wasn't doing their part in bringing in revenue to the schools like BIG &SEC. It's always been big business, but it's just become a whole lot bigger with the BIG now being coast to coast. Just imagine the number of new markets and outlets for the Big10 Network...then consider the new advertising money that is expected to flow in. This really is BIG! (pun intended)

thanks,
Brian Carlson
