After watching dover today, got to thinking on what a concrete kart track would be like. Has anyone ever run one? What do you think?
 
There's one here in Ohio. It's indoors. It's called BMI Speedway, Versailles , Ohio. I have not raced there. I heard its well banked & fast ! 5-6 second lap times. I bet someone on here can give more information.
 
Jackson Michigan has one but the surface is old... The seams on the track are widening out, I think it would make for a bit of a bumpy ride.
 
I saw a video of one in central/south GA...it's actually a full sized car track they're running karts on, looks dangerous as heck, they didn't appear to have any kart specific safety measures to prevent getting totally killed in a couple places on that track...I wouldn't pay those idiots general admission to support that, not to mention actually racing on it.
