ConRod and Block clearance

What is the minimum clearance I should have between the connector rod and block as seen in the picture?

I go for 0.040 or for quick reference, the rough thickness of a zip tie. Have not had any clearance issues 9500+.

Looks like I got more contact on the other side. Going to have to remove some over there.

I guess I really need a cover cut up so I can it accurately.

Keep in mind those factory style cranks flex a bit as well…. I’d be looking for .065 min on that one.
