Converting a .VE file to .EPS for nose graphic

Does anyone know how or have the program to convert a .VE file to an .EPS file. I have the nose graphic file from godfather but I cant get it to open with the programs I have. I am trying to open it in adobe illustrator so that I can cut the nose graphic in my colors. If anyone wants to help me out I would appreciate it.
