Hello i just purchased two crane cams looking to see what springs would work.thanks. part number 92001 modified and a 91006.stock'super stock'Thanks for sny help.
What size valve springs would you recommend. I currently have a ic block with billet flywheel and rod stock valves billet lifters..I love that 92015 I have in my stock appearing. That is one heck of a camshaft!
I actually have both cam cards. I appreciate it. Thanks i have 22lb and upper ratainers just didnt know if that would be strong enough. Not sure why spring rates are not listed.
22lb are PLENTY of spring for a super stock class motor.I actually have both cam cards. I appreciate it. Thanks i have 22lb and upper ratainers just didnt know if that would be strong enough.
This is the cam im wanting to use.22lb are PLENTY of spring for a super stock class motor.
That grind #92001 modified cam will more than likely require clearance on crank (depending on which crank) around 34° timing, 32lb springs and carb still up in the airHello i just purchased two crane cams looking to see what springs would work.thanks. part number 92001 modified and a 91006.stock'super stock'Thanks for sny help.

Im just going to use this cam i have for my current build.Your going to need a set of double springs .
With split lock keepers and retainers .
Stock class springs will coil bind .
Pulling the inner spring may get you down around 28# .
