Crash barrier / safer barrier for kart track

I was at Ben Hur , Crawfordsville, Indiana , this last weekend and they had these red and white plastic blocks that were strapped together on the ends, they had like a tie down strap that run through them length wise which helped keep the row of them together, Does anyone know what company makes them or where one could buy them ? They seemed to work very well , very little damage to the karts that hit them and I did not see anyone having to get checked out by the EMT's. thanks

There are several companies that make them , but as stated , they aren't cheap . I was looking into them for my track , but just can't afford them yet .
