Custom Kart KPI / Caster

I'm setting up the kart for pavement, no dirt. Not intending to race it. Just a toy.

Alright, drew up some brackets. When I get home from work I'll drill them up the n post when finished

Won't you need a corresponding slot on the bottom as well ?
Otherwise your axle centerline will change.

Isn't that a bit neglible in this situation?

the way I have it setup currently would change wheelbase .39" from each extreme. I can't really drill all the bottom out without cutting the welds or remaking the original L brackets

I'm happy with how it's turning out. I set the plate on the kart 12 degrees in at top and 10 degree caster. I need longer heim joint stud lengths tho, I'm hitting right on the edge of threads where 0 camber lies.

There are some available . Next your pitman arm .
Single or double hole , with ackerman .

The two hole tringular Pittman arm seems best in this situation .
