Cylinder spacer for TT-75

Hi all,

I just had a TT-75 cylinder bored to 54mm (cleaned up a deep scratch). Noticed the piston skirt is longer than the std piston. Of course the easy way out is to trim the base of the piston, but I'm wanting to not have a custom piston needed for each replacement/rebuild. I need a cylinder spacer of ~ 0.125 " thickness. So far I've checked with:

Buller (Mary is still checking)
Mike Collins
Hegar

Anyone have a spare or know where I might be able to find one ?

Thanks in advance,
Chris

Laser or water jet a copy of the gasket .
Just a question , the pin hieght comes in play as you probably well know .
That would be a lot of squish clearance .

You're going to put your port timing and compression ratio in a bad place. I don't get how raising the Cylinder will fix a piston skirt that's too long. You shim the cylinder to get the port timing right or a big spacer if the piston pops up too far like a stroker. Is the piston hitting the crank? A spacer won't help that.

I'm sure you got a Sudam piston that has a higher compression height and that is the reason for the need of a spacer. Buller has had them in the past. IDK but Kevin Birky might have some. Mike Collins, maybe TS Racing can make them.
