100% Payback in all other classes

Tire Rule
Any Burris 33 in all Adult Clone Classes and Blue Plate
Open Tire rule in Open, RWYB, Stock Mixup, Green Plate, and Red Plate

Header and Clutch Rule
Adult Clone Classes and Blue Plate Big Pipe Open Clutch
Red Plate and Green Plate Small Pipe or Ky Pipe Open Cltuch

Also any more wanting to start any kind of class it takes 3 or more karts to make one wether it be Flatheads, Champ Karts, or anything
