Still have this Davenport small engine Dyno. Very well taken care of and in great condition. Located in central ca. $3500 559-270-5208

I used one of these for several years. Very repeatable and easily upgraded using PerfromanceTrends software and sensors. The biggest advantage over the inertia Dyno was being able to load the engine and hold it at a given rpm.
 
Can the DAQ control the load, or is that a manual control?
I’m fairly confident that Performances trends has that ability. I did not have that on our setup but, on stock class engines, it was very easy to make the pulls very consistent manually. You could also build a drive that was time and rpm based to accomplish that.
