I am going to call it confirmed. this air density gauge is faulty.
Brought it from Iowa to Mississippi coast with little change . now were in a tropical depression and its moved 1 % .
Upon inspection the thing is made like a watch .
maybe a watchmaker could fix it ?
If you push on the bellows it moves the needle, pretty intricate and small but I"ll give it the good ol American try .
Any Helpful Hints?

The mechanism functions .
It appers to be a bellows issue .
Any one have a theory, should the bellows be air/ gas tight?
Or maybe even filled with a gas ?
How about assembled in a vacum so as no moisture in the bellows ?

I knew i could count on you !
I pretty much knew it was a sealed bellows .
That Kinsler looks almost identical to this Longacre inside .
As soon as i took the sealing goo off it dropped to 70% from 100 .
Will ring them up tommorow.
Thanks 95 shaw .

I work on the continuing education process .
As soon as i find the right fitting I'll test the bellows for a leak .
My pop off gauge may work .
