different RT1 heads

i have two different heads... wondering if one of them is worth using.
most all of the RT1 heads i have, came off animals or 206. yes i know same motor.
they all have an oil return passage on the intake side.

The other RT1 head came off a model 15 block. it has no oil return passage, a chamber is clearly wider and longer with valves that are slightly closer together. Is this head worth using?? why or why not?

The M15 has the same valve spacing as an Animal and uses the same size valves and stems. However, the valve locks are different. The combustion chamber is wider and slightly different in shape. The chamber is made for a bore of 2.970" and the Animal bore size is 2.687"
The oil hole in the block would have to be plugged since the M15 head won't cover it.
If you plug it you should use a breather bypass system.
I'd suggest you cc the heads and compare the compression ratio you will end up with.

I have big valve versions of the model 15 head on the shelf if you want to go that route.

I'll be out of town until Friday.
I'll get back to you then.
