Do karting tyres expire with time?

Hi, i've been using Vega XH2 for training days, i bought a lot of second hand XH2 sets back on June 2018, we are on February 2020 and these tires have been out on my balcony without protection all this time, will this tires work well even if the draw seems good?

Thanks for your reply, when we call fresh tires it means tyres with no more than a year right? Or even less

Manufactured the same year you'll race them.

If you're running on concrete/asphalt you still may be able to use them for practice/seat time.
If they're not dry rotted.

That looks more like peeled from being to soft and over worked when they were raced.

Dry rot for me is weather checked , cracked .
That looks like rubber thats chunked off .
