Farmers use a soil moisture meter . Drag racers have some type of vacum pressure meter to test avalible grip .
Relating track surface grip to avalible tire grip is going to be difficult .
 
A place in the app to note surface and grip on a personal scale is most useful I think. I would like for it to pull air density info from the most local airport however.

For where you plan on running, I don't see you getting off of goat pee Vegas very often or 11s. Go see he owner of Spicers Welding on 550, he will teach you what you need to know.
