Does a .275 cam make more low or high end power

Im using 26 lbs springs and champion rockers 1:1 ratio rockers, 27/25mm valves. I know the 265 makes more low end power but im looking for mid to high end power because I race a 1/6 mile dirt oval and a 1/4 mile dirt oval, I flat foot all the way both tracks.

I have always ran 265 but am switching to a 310 possibly, duration and cam centerline are huge rpm changers

When I ran the Black Mamba cam from Isky it ran great at 7500 with stock valves, 26# springs and Champion rockers.
