Specifically a small one like a weed wacker motor lefty righty kart.

Yes Infiniti built several, they were outlawed to compete with the regular kid karts because of the obvious advantage.
They are still out there somewhere they were a scaled down version of the XXX

Yep, Ward was the only one that I know that built them with offset.
We offset a JWhite kid kart many years ago, but as Jamie mentioned, they are illegal with the frame offset.
