Does anyone know this cart?

I just picked up for free. Needs a new rear swing arm. I'd buy a new swing arm or I could weld one up. I just need to know the name so I can get an idea how this setup is supposed to go. Any website or links to get parts would help alot. Thanks

You can weld so thats good . looks as if they cut the bumper off .
It needs a motorcycle style engine or an engine with a torque converter .
battery box says electric start .
