So I was curious about what is the RPM engagement of a Max torque drum clutch, and what is the difference in performance between running a bully or a max torque on a stage 2 Predator 212cc ungoverned motor.

Drum vs disc is only about adjustability and maybe weight, has nothing to do with the engine besides wether it can handle the total torque of the engine.
Drum is slightly less adjustable because of the type of springs and the mechanisms used to control engagement.
Disc has a bit more adjustability and fine tuning, that's it.

You can adjust either to engage at whatever RPM you want. Both are fully adjustable.
