We run a tire rule and are required to use Hoosier Treaded 11x5.5x6 D30 on Left and 12x9x6 on right.

Right Rear Tire Minimum size of 38"
Max Wheel weidth is 10.75" and minimum is 6"
No Tire Prep

Spindles are not bent.

I would go low cross lower left and more nose .
That tire setup is never going too work with std numbers .
Probably bump the left side camber up to +1
 
When you say lower left do you mean like go down to 50? or go down to 55? Same for the nose? Go up to 50? or go up to 48?
No not that drastic lower left your at 58 % to 56.5 % to 57 % , increase nose your at 45 % you would try 46 % maybe 46.5 % , 45 % is low for 90 % of newer chassis however NOT for the Duece 44.8 % seems to be the magic number.
