EGT temperature on Methanol

I have a Bama 250 on Methanol and wanted to ask what should my EGT should be.

Best bet is to call Buller.

The reason being is there are several things that should be addressed to ensure you can even compare to other people.
First is position of the probe, how far it is from the face of the piston, and how much stick out in the pipe it has.

Because if these measurements are different, then you can't compare from one engine to another regardless if they're identical engines besides probe mounting locations. So I'd call Buller and find out what he recommends for EGT location, then go by his recommendation for temps.

As high as it can get without dropping. Or a bit less heat for a conservative tune.
