Element Jr. Seat Mount Help

I was wondering if anybody had any numbers to help me mount a small jr. seat. I'm looking for a measurement from the right inside frame rail to the seat brace and also a height from the bottom of the seat to the floor pan. The driver weighs 50 lbs.

With smaller driver would you place the seat back 11 inches or more above the axle?
