Im new to animals. Ive been wanting to get one for years now, but no one wld let us run them here in northwestern PA (unless you wanted to tack on 30lbs). Now this year some tracks are starting to combine them (adult stock FH with animal with 3-hole gold plate) (gold FH@300lbs, gold animal@320lbs, blue plate clone with big pipe and open clutch@320lbs) and if a few others hop on board, I will get one. My question is do I need a 7degree mount or can I run the 15degree mount? One builder told me just to run a little more oil with the 15degree mount and don't worry. Just wanted to clear this up.

Any motor mount will work just fine with 14 to 16 oz of oil.
 
7 degree with most pipes seem to clear most bumpers and carb filters including the European plastic bumpers.
