firing older tires

What is the best way to fire off some old tires. They still have good life in them but i haven't run them in a couple months, just looking at running them here soon and looking at some options to open the pores back up and get the prep to work into them again.
Any help would be great. They are a set of maxxis as well as hoosiers. Thank you

I had a similar issue with some Burris33's. I ran the oscillating tool over them with a sanding pad and scrubbed them real good with a mild cleaner. They were fine after that, I did have to work the grinder kind of hard.

I think it was 80, came with my oscillating tool. It is a bit harder than a big hand grinder which is why i mentioned the hard work part. I just put each tire on the right side of the axle and grind all the way around.
