Flat kart to Champ Conversion

Anybody want to share there conversions?? Looking to convert my 06 to a legal champ kart.

I believe the wheelbase is the biggest issue? It would be possible to buy new rear bearing hangers and reweld 'em, but labor intensive.....of course if you have to weld a cage on, what's another 2 beads? BMI Karts has the bearing carriers, and if they don't, Ward Mfg. will.

George bark has done it several times pretty sure it runs $450 all said and done with new champ nose and all
