Front left weight

You don't need a gauge, use the lines on the spindles.
LF closest to the seat is 0.
RF closest to the seat is 2.
Each line represents 2, So 0-2-4-6-8-10-12 & 2-4-6-8-10-12-14
if the pins are in it wont be adjustable .
I thought was 8/10 or 8/12.

Are you saying they are supposed to have 2 pins ? All of our Nemi's and Phenoms always had 1 pin and you just moved it front to back & vice versa...

Mine has 2 pins or allen bolts in it, which i cant adjust cause it hits them, so i have to get the front pin or bolt out of the frame so i can adjust the caster

Who knew lol, yes take the front one out. Use some heat so it doesn't snap off.

Its been too long since i changed a unmolested chassis .
I am fairly sure you only need to remove the top pin . To adjust caster .
If you want the rear or front hole then that dictates what happens with the center pin.
