Gear Hub

I have two ( one brand new ) phantom gear hubs, I have the key stock in place, set screw tight, and a collar on each side up against the hub tight. I still have wobble in the hub, I am assuming since both hubs do the same thing then this is normal or am I missing something. My biggest issue is it seem no matter if my master link is inside or outside it rubs and catches on gear guard. I run the guard due to the fact our track can get pretty rough.

Any suggestions?

The standard hub should not wobble. The floating hub , the sprocket ring would move but not the hub.
Are all the components original PRC .
Even the key.
You need a chain breaker tool and eliminate the master link .

Ok that makes sense, both hubs are floating hubs, the hub don't wobble, but the sprocket ring does. Both hubs are phantom , and both have play in the same Manner as far as the key, I am not but I do know it fits tight and is as long as the hub is wide. As far as the chain, if you break the chain you still will end up master link though? Or no?
