A stop and go track with low bite. SR Class is running a 13/60. What gearing would u expect blue plate to be?
 
what rpm do you want to turn with the blue plate? And are you hitting 68-6900 with your SR class kart?
 
When we use to switch between Sr Champ (clone 425) And Teen Champ (Clone Blue plate 390) I swear we added a tooth to the front and rear.
17/62 (sr) to a 18/63 (teen)- teen champs would be at least a .1 faster than the Sr's.
I realize this is 30# difference- so take that into account.

That sounds about right, but you cannot compare that to flat karts , BIG difference.
 
Yes, because you are in a different power band with the plates.
Your RPM drop will be less than the adults and the speed through the corners will actually be higher.
Fast days the lap times will be faster as well
