Goat pee tires to keep soft

I would ask first why track requires goat tires, softer more moist and or moist slick ?
Or harder but just sealed over slick ?
which Tire ? How soft do you need them ? How did you get them where you have them, meaning wipe only ? or outside roll soak tires ?

Should be able to wipe with a conditioner during the week and hit them aggressive at the track for the most part. If they creep back up after a while wipe with medium during the week some, or re-roll if you don't race for an extended period of time.
