Green Plate Motor

What changes need to be made to change a motor from green to a purple plate..?

Green to purple jet down .001 other way vice versa. Dover has red/green carb and then purple/blue so they appear to believe you need a different carb.

We run both classes and just swap out the plate between classes on race day.

Until you're competing at TOP levels, I'd say you can use the same carb. It will work just likely be a bit rich or lean depending on which way you go. The Green plate carbs would be jetted about .001-002" bigger than a purple.
