they fit tight in a bucket so that wont grow them any, the best way to grow one is to put air until the tire is a little bigger than what yiu want and sit it in the sun all day,
34.5 to 35" and heat them with that heat gun and you'll be fine. They'll grow. They don't need much heat to grow. I usually just let them stretch naturally without heat during the weeks leading up to a race.
