Which way do I turn the camshaft bearing in the billet cover?

The balls face out, cover in... Also if it hasn't already been done you need to remove the covers on the crank bearings for better oiling.

That's the way I had it, but I had bearing noise, and it was the cam shaft rubbing on the outer race. I clearenced the cam and its ok now, but I need to get a new bearing from you people.
