Head Gaskets

Cometic still makes a line of HG's including including fuel tank and intake gaskets. Some Fel-pro to be had if you can find em. MLS and stock at dynocams. Many places still stock copper just make sure to anneal/seal it up.

I have a couple copper ones but I think with my setup it would cause valve failure. Set up to float and right now it's just kissing the pocket.

Cometic MLS gaskets, but you must have a good deck and head gasket surface (remember, no silicone sealant is allowed for stock classes.)

The current Briggs soft graphite gaskets are terrible FWIW. They lose torque and burn through in just a couple races.

The white coated gaskets and black gaskets are no longer. They were good when available.

There are metal clad gaskets (sans asbestos) like we used back in the '80s available.

We stock the Cometic MLS, Briggs oem graphite, and the aftermarket metal clad gaskets @ Carlson Motorsports.
Give us a call if you need anything.
