I have the candy cane style header on the 206. The end of the header is loose, I tried tighten the bolt on it with no luck. How do I tighten this?
Thanks

If I understand what you are saying, the muffler doesn't tighten up on the header? If this is right a couple things will help. 1) make sure the muffler isn't pushed on the header too far. The diameter of the header gets smaller. Make a mark 1 inch from the end and put the header on that far. 2) If using the large aluminum clamp get rid of it. They don't stay tight. RLV now uses a stainless clam p that does a nice job.

Once in a while the pipe of the muffler is made either smaller or larger than intended and you run into this problem.
You can cut some sheet metal and wrap the pipe with it to act as a shim.
If you use a pop can you can control how thick you shim is.

If its where the pipe bolts to the head you can get shorter bolts, use lock washers or put a gasket between the pipe and the head.
