How do you go about fixing a header that has pulled the threads out the head tia !!

Depends on which engine you're talking about. Some are simple, others not so much due to tight fits.

I put a hei-coil in .
Some time you can tap it for a bigger size in metric if its an American thread or vice versa . Rules not withstanding .
There are other thread inserts as well that others prefer .
No amount of fix a thread goop is going to work .
