Help identifying this clutch - Maybe Horstman?

Was looking through some boxes I had of miscellaneous kart parts and I came across this clutch. I think it is a Horstman greased lightning due to the weights and springs on it. Though the cover \ basket is what is throwing me off. It is a 2 disk and has 6 springs and weights. I would have purchased it around the 2007 time frame.

Any information or help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Todd

It is steel and is 4 inches wide or 12 1/2 inches if I measures around the circumference of it. Kind of wondering it may be one of the old MDC. I know the greased lighting were like version 2 of the mdc.

Looks like an MDC 400-S with the 3 tab Greased Lightning conversion and an aftermarket basket.

Thanks Brian, I am hoping that is something you might still be able to work on to refresh for me if I chose to send it your way?
