Help with balance beads in tires

Has anyone ever heard or know about adding tire balance beads to the wheels I bought a jr champ and started to replace tires and they are full of beads how much would u even put back in them

Yee red ah that is what I have been told these was full of the beads our track is so rough that several guys says it want even help to balance due to the roughness of the Asphalt money maker place but dnt want to fix the track

They're fine on highway vehicles, but they're definitely not meant for racing. I've never had a wheel or tire that far out of balance you could feel it on Asphalt that you couldn't clearly see it was bent or damaged.

Speed matters -- I don't have to balance my kart wheels when racing sprint @ 60 mph. I definitely do have to at roadracing @ 85 mph. I echo the stick-on weights. Mount your rim on a front hub with good bearings, see where it spins too, add weight/s to point opposite the 'low' spot.

I 100% agree with Ted. I’ve raced on dirt ovals where speeds exceeded 100 mph! I’ve rarely seen “tire shake” due to an unbalanced tire. If it did, I got rid of it. Some tire weight is fine, but excessive, get rid of it!

You guys might be surprised how out of balance some of the tires are today. Especially thick rubber tires that have been cut down thin. It's not uncommon to have to use 10 - 1/4 ounce stick on weight to get them to balance. Wheel quality has slipped as well as tire quality.

If a tire has any "hop" at all, it won't produce heat the same all the way around it. For little bullring tracks, probably not worth it - for bigger tracks I'd want the tire at least close to balanced.

Not necessarily.Try to go 100 mph on an laydown on non balanced wheels for example.
