Guess what . I just said to my wife you never see a tether ball at the park .
Take the idle screw out spray the little black thing with lubricant twist it back and fort a couple times . Carefully pry it up .
Its the idle jet . Clean the little bitty hole in the botton with a bread tie , welding tip cleaner or sewing needle . Reinstall .
Completly drain fuel tank add fresh fuel .
If thats not it clean the fuel bowel and main jet careful of the float .
Its got good clean fresh oil .
