Hemi Piston to Valve Clearance

Working on putting together a hemi for stock appearing. Head will have stock size valves (27/25) and will be unmilled, but with chamber welded to get compression up. With a +.020 rod on the stock crank and stock piston (zero deck) and .036” gasket, am I going to be running into a piston to valve clearance issue? If need be i can fly cut the piston but I would rather not if i can avoid it.

Its possible . I would do it myself with little concern .
Assemble roll to top and press the valve down . If it moves your good .

Addendum : the valve needs to be on the proper cycle. .
Test slightly before and after top .

I have a .020+ rod and I shaved my head quite a bit til I was at 17cc, I fly cut my pistons just to be safe but I tested tolerances with clay, and it was so negligible I didn't even bother measuring the clearance as the clay was pretty thick still where it made an impression. Hemi here also, .012 head gasket. It never hurts to check your tolerances yourself but I think you'll have no issue
