HL304wx tilly

Have Tillitson HL304wx carb with modification to offset mounting hole pattern also has EC Birt all over it. can anyone tell me the application for this carb?

It came in a box of parts, looks new. The mounting hole pattern being plugged and remachined lower is what is thows me off. Pulled needles and they are for gas.

Sounds like it was setup for a stock Animal manifold, I'm pretty sure the PZ has that offset flange pattern. Jon
