HM80 Performance build

Hello, I have a HM80 that is going on a racing lawn mower. I am looking for a billet rod, and fly wheel. I also want a new cam and valve train. Does any one have any parts or know where I can get them? Thank you.

That engine had a fairly brief history in Karting, that's why your not getting much in responses. There were billet rods made for them, just not many and so long ago. If you want to run a flathead get a Briggs 5 , it's basically the same, it has a .060 smaller bore though but lots of parts available.

I am entering a lawn mower race and that's the required engine. Are there any tricks or parts available.

If you go to Jacks small engines and look up your particular HM80 you will find some of them share a rod part # 32591c with the hm100, as does my HH100, ARC makes a billet rod for the HM100, you may get lucky.
