Good Morning Guys

Can anyone advise me on the different emulsion tubes that you get in the Honda 390 engines. I have one with 1 Big bottom hole, above that 2 small holes going up the tube with one hole further up, versus one with 1 small hole at the bottom and 4 holes going up the tube,
3rd one has one big hole at the bottom, then 3 holes and then 2 holes.
We in South Africa run 92 jets and was wondering if using the different emulsion tubes can assist in better driverability at different RMP.
 
I do not understand it all that well .
My take is it airiates the fuel , it also may be a way to lean it out yet be richer at mid / low throttle.
