How do you cut a K30 rotary valve?

I'm not asking about what shape to cut it into but how to physically cut it?

What tools are used to cut it?

I use a cut off wheel in a die grinder, and then a stone on a Dremel to put radius at bottom. Top Radius on a bench grinder.

I suppose you could have it water jetted somewhere. And I've seen carbon fiber rotary valve discs too, and I think water jet works for those too.
A CNC router would be another option.
